The room was dirty. The sheets, bed, and pillows had stains on them. There was dust everywhere. Our towels had nasty stains on them!! Our tv remote didn’t work and we asked them to fix it and they didn’t. Our door was hard to open and close. The breakfast was okay. The sausage was overcooked which made it hard, but other than that it’s your typical hotel breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you like clean things though because everything is stained and nasty!

Excellent service

The stay was good, clean area, furniture needs to be cleaned like sofas and kitchen chairs. We did have a lot of problems with the door lock which took time away from our stay and outings, had to call corporate to help with codes. Come to find you have to pull the door to you while pushing the lock, otherwise it want lock and you really wouldn't know to do that. We end up late Saturday getting we're we needed to be because of lock.

Only down fall was one of the bathrooms in the 2 bedrooms water leaked to the carpet in the room! Location was great, staff was very helpful and friendly.. Host Tiara made us feel welcome. ONE OF THE BEST-WEEKENDS. We will definitely be back SOON!
