WILL NOT BE BACK! SERVICE DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED! We rented 3 cabins total. It says sleeps up to 8. But when you check in they tell you that you can only have 6 people and then they charge am additional $50/ per day plus $50 resort fee. So it was an additional $200 AFTER we already paid for our 3 night stay. I felt that was very misleading. They said that's between me and Expedia since I didn't book directly through them. On the second night they also charged me $120 for having a trained task service animal. Although I put 1 animal when I checked in and they didn't say anything. The owner said she could charge me $500 since there are "no dogs allowed" and I'm in a pet free cabin. I explained that I said I have 1 animal upon check in and no one said anything at that time. And there was another dog there too. She said she doesn't know how people keep getting in with "dogs". I've NEVER been charged for having a service animal. I actually thought it was illegal for them not to be allowed. I feel like they do a bait and switch after I've drove up for 3 hours. We had a large group with 3 cabins and felt like we kept being watched and questions. This was our 6th visit at this location over the years. I don't know what has changed, maybe they're having financial issues and now they're taking it out on their customers. They didn't seem happy that we all booked through Expedia. The paddle boats didn't work. You spend your vacation at a resort washing your own towels. Cabin not cleaned.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a great restaurant and Walmart. The staff was friendly & helpful. I will stay here again in the future.

I was greeted to prawn entering the hotel with a warm smile. The beds were wonderful bathroom was clean coffee with a complementary breakfast was superb. We will be back next year.

Such a cute room! Much more enjoyable than a standard hotel room. The room was very large, so you definitely wouldn’t feel cramped. Lots of towels and toiletries. Very comfortable room. I will definitely be recommending to others.
