If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip.

the resort was beautiful. loved the pool the kitchen was very nice .very clean. Eiden was very nice and helpful...activity director Karen was awsome and very helpful . making sure all our activities were set up. due to mother nature the beach was not available but there were other beaches near by. karen booked us a tour to check out the Mayan ruins and cave tubing with lunch included. we had an awsome time.....Eddy and Mike {tour guides} were really cool and made sure everyone was comfortable and was having a great time ,they also were very knowledgeable

The staff at Villa Massis made us feel like family from the second we walked in! The food and drinks were wonderful. The room was perfect. The property is absolutely beautiful! Joelle (spelling?) was extremely warm and helpful. He booked us a private tour to Xunantunich Mayan Ruins. Mark was our guide and the tour was incredible! Their bartender, Gio, knew exactly how to cool us off after a hot day. Lucy always had the most beautiful smile on her face. The owner (can't remember his name) was very friendly and we could tell how much love he put into this property. Everyone was so happy to see us enjoying ourselves there. The best breakfast of our entire trip to Belize was at this resort! We will 100% be back to visit and will be bringing friends next time!

We were the only guests on the property which we found to be odd. You couldn’t eat outside or sit on the beach because of the insects. On the positive side, the staff was outstanding, and tended to our every need. The snorkeling was spectacular and the best we’ve ever experienced. Our guide and captain the best.

Our stay here was for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Very peaceful, relaxing and accommodating. The staff was great. Justin and Ervin were great in the kitchen and bar service. The food was excellent and they were able to meet my wife's gluten free diet with every meal. Manager Barry is great and has stories for days. It really felt like a family more than a staff!!
