The previous manager of the hotel is now the new owner. She purchased it in June with her son. She is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. There was very good water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower. The continental breakfast was simple, but adequate. Cereal, bagels, toast, fruit and OJ. The coffee was good. The new owner told my wife and I about her ideas for the place. She plans on changing the name, and painting the outside. She also said she is planning on starting to serve hot breakfast food soon. It's a great place to stay with a dog. The owner loves dogs. My wife and I recommend it.

This is a timeshare place that’s on breezy point property. We did not realize that. It was like a blast from the past! Very early 90s feeling style/furniture wise. There were some stains on the carpets, the towels are old, no toiletries provided, mis matched and lacking cookware, etc.It is definitely not where you want to stay if you want a modern place. That being said, we had an amazing time. The swimming beach is beautiful and clean. The restaurant was delicious, and the gift shop and candy store were great too. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo so it wasn’t too bad. Also note - there were no windows to the outside in the actual condo, and while we were there the high village pool wasn’t working, there was another pool to use though. Overall we probably won’t be back but it was a good experience for only being there a few days.

Loved this place would 1000% stay here again in one of the cabin type units. The amenities were incredible.

Great rooms but no elevator and a step staircase; not a problem for us but something to think about.

The check in process was difficult in that, I could not find the codes in the link they sent and I called and they provided incorrect codes so we were still not able to access property or room. The person did stay on the phone with me until it was resolved and we had access to property and room.

Renovation 1/2 the outlets did not work and toilet seat did not sit properly. Clean bed and towels
