This was our first time at the JAG. Staff are friendly and helpful. The decor and the vibe is fun. However, after a day of sightseeing and shopping and after dining, we wanted to watch the Blue Jays games on TV. Unfortunately, our TV and apparently Most of the TVs at this hotel had issues with blocking and freezing. We talked to staff, but they said that was out of their control and it was an issue with the provider. It was very frustrating.

Our room washroom could use a good cleaning. Mold on the bottom floor in the grout and the shower head could be new. Hard not to get water on the floor when showering as well. Made it extra to clean so you would not slip and fall on tile

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, nicely appointed, and the linens are comfortable with spares provided. There is a nice view of the dock and the city from the 8th floor lounge.
