The property was alright. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was suppose to be cleaned every two days, we were there for 5 nights. The staff came in on the second day but didn't really clean. Changed towels was a bout it. the breakfast was alway the same. It would have been nice to see variety. Thanks.

Poor service from the front desk - failure to pick up phone calls and poor excuses for this behavour. Shuttle car (not the bus) in poor condition. No food or drink service. Hotel not worthy of a $ 350 per night charge.

Nice enough property but a few areas where they could improve their attention to detail. 1. Greet your guests when they enter or leave the hotel. We were there for 4 days before anyone on the front desk lifted their head to say hello. 2. Vacuum the cloth chairs. The desk chair in our room had lint and what looked like hair on the seat cushion. Further, vacuum period - I don’t know if the hallways were done at any point during our 6-day stay. 3. Tea and coffee were available 24-7 but it was hot and humid. After our 3rd day, the hotel finally put out water for their guests. 4. A thank you to our airport shuttle driver who was courteous and polite. 5. Lastly, what we paid per night was not worth it but all hotels price-gouged because of Canada Games.
