Family spring break

First impression was the room needed a deep clean and refresh. Towels and sheets were clean and fresh. Although the hotel is next to busier streets, our room was quiet. Breakfast was just ok—lots of carbs, little protein and fruit, no reusable dishes.

This hotel just called trying to charge me $250 because they are saying they found a (1) dog hair in my room and accused me of having a dog. I never had a dog with me, and they didnt want to hear it. Beware i wouldn't recommend staying here for any reason

The managers/owners were very rude and made us leave because we had 2 service animals which they said we never mentioned to them but we did. So when we tried to extend pur dtay for pne more night they wouldnt do it and made us leave instantly and gave us 15 mins to get off thr property and it was rainy and very cold amd we had no vehicl3 because put car had just been stolen. Very u compassionate.

Very unprofessional when I called to let them know I had the flu and was unable to be there. Said sorry, no cancellations are accepted you still will be charged. Guess they would rather NOT be safe than sorry at the establishment!!
