Centrally located with historic significance

Well positioned in St Anthony. This originally was the nurses residence for the Grenfell hospital. The units are well equipped with kitchen facilities and breakfast is included. There is a grocery store in walking distance. The Grenfell Museum is a must see and is two minutes away. Enjoyed chatting with staff who gave insight and history into the community.

Our room ended up being a kitchen unit which was lovely, however a very strong lingering odor of fried food from a previous guest was nauseating. Other than that, our stay was great!

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful about the local area, suggesting places to eat/visit etc. Room was large and very clean, bed a little soft for us. Downside was you can hear anyone upstairs walking around. Breakfast was basic but fine. Handy having a laundry on-site.

The staff were warm and welcoming; the room was clean with a neatly appointed kitchen. The hotel was clean and quiet. The hotel is next to the Grenfell interpretation centre and wharf for boat tours. Negatives; Breakfast was minimal- cereal, toast and yogurt; no elevator

The only issue we had was the noise on the floor above us. It was very noticeable of people walking around and making noise. The other was the noise in the hall. We could hear it fairly well. We had the first floor room right off reception. Other than that it was good.
