Place was terrible window was broken and boarded up bathroom door was damaged and didn’t close refrigerator was unplugged and smelled like mold and was dirty with possible mold in it garbage bag broken open outside but they did have free narcan up front

this place has great decorations I loved all the wood carvings it has excellent soundproofing if you get loud very nice staff a cold but delicious breakfast and by that I mean it is not hot eggs or hot bacon it is delicious things like Pop-Tarts and scones and a wide variety of beverages for the morning the bar inside the hotel is fun and nice and open till 1:00 am

Room was 91 when I checked in. staff insisted that the AC would kick inn and cool the room in 15 minutes. It did Not. was able to change rooms but I wonder if they try to save money by not cooling the rooms prior to check in, not a good plan when the heat index is 103.

This is a beautiful old home / historic apartment building with solid oak furniture and trim everywhere. We stayed in the Dahlia Room, with a big claw footed bathtub / shower combo and a lovely view of the street. The hot breakfast is freshly made for you each morning. There are cold cereals and toast / bagels as well. There are Keurig coffeemakers in the rooms; we enjoyed having coffee in bed each morning of our stay. (Note that there is not daily housekeeping but if you need anything, they will gladly get it for you.) In the late afternoons, they put out cheese and crackers and lemonade for the guests. We'd stayed for two nights and got two free drinks and desserts at one of their restaurants downtown. Plenty of parking in the lot. It's a few minutes drive from downtown. We'd stay here again. It was a great experience - much more peaceful and spacious than a hotel room.
