Property and room was decent. Service was good but we were not impressed sadly. Our room key had issues, we did not ask for room service yet someone came into our room while we were not in and on top of that they only made one of the two beds, took our towels but did not replenish the few they took, when we asked front desk for more towels since we were only given 2 for four guests they said they didn’t have any they could give us for our room. When we went upstairs to our room we saw someone from housekeeping had entered which we were not happy with we also told front desk they took our towels. Front desk apologized and said that we were put on list by mistake and they would bring us up towels ( which supposedly they didn’t have ) the front desk girl brought up our towels

This property is outstanding! Clean, beautiful and friendly staff! So close to Zion and so convenient to shopping and dining. We didn’t even have to get our car out and just used the shuttle. Wonderful staff! The best room!

Fantastic hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and uniquely designed. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Just a note - parking is $20 per night, which feels like it should be included given the higher room rates. That said, the location is very convenient, with a bus stop for the free park shuttle right out front. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely book here again.
