Room layout was great with separate living room but not very sound proof and incredibly noisy air conditioning unit in the bedroom. Was also surprised to be charged an extra $20 on top of room rate for parking my car in their car park!

First room we checked in was under construction. The second room was okay but not as great as the Red Cliffs in Moab. No hand soap and moisturizer. Breakfast was supposed to be included but we were told there was a $50 limit. The lobby area was super nice, the room not as much.

Location was great! Clean and spacious. The fridge was broken, and the faucet in the bathroom as well. We left at 9 am to get breakfast before checkout at 12 and when we came back to the room housekeeping was inside already cleaning. A little confusing because we still had a few hours.

We had a great experience at Red Cliffs Lodge Zion. The rooms were very clean, and thankfully the walls weren’t paper-thin, which made it easy to relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. A big plus: the hot tub was actually hot (which is rarer than it should be 😄). If you’re getting the breakfast for two at the restaurant, make sure to treat Aracely right—she gives the BEST service and is genuinely so kind. She really made our mornings extra special. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property but we got stuck in room #201 which sits below the parking lot and is very poorly lit depressing cave like room. Not sure what we did to get stuck in that room but I'm sorry to whoever we hurt. After 3 days of anti-depressants I'm happy to be back to normal. Beautiful city, beautiful property, friendly staff but that room should be converted to a storage closet or a dungeon.
