Carpeting in room felt damp on feet. A dehumidifier might be helpful. The 2nd night our TV lost all local channels and the desk girl said she couldn't do anything about it. Very disappointed.

Room wasn't well laid out to be able to unpack, all closet storage was in the kitchenette so drawers were full of utensils. No bathroom sink, you needed to use the kitchen sink, no bedside table for water. The biggest challenge was that there weren't blackout curtains so there was always light streaming in to wake you up. Noted that other amenities like yoga and meals are included but at the price point I expected a much more elevated room experience. Yoga classes were nice and all the meals were great. I would have appreciated some social events at night to have the opportunity to interact with other guests.

Hot tub was not hot. No directions anywhere for turning it on. Found red button on wall but it wasn't labeled. Had to ask staff if this was the button since it was next to a maintenance door. Also no shower to wash off afterwards.

Gorgeous spaces! Check in was different with no in-person contact, but communication was good and room was easy to access. Elevator was very slow, so we took stairs to the second floor room (all rooms are on the second floor). Beautiful room and bathroom with high-end fixtures. Personal welcome note on the table was a nice touch. Record player and records available was unreal but fun! Breakfast was different from most hotels, but very enjoyable. Bed was SUPER comfortable!

Wow, what a gem in Downtown Duluth! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer. Brand new property, very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Staff were very helpful at check-in and gave detailed instructions on accessing the room, parking etc. Room was beautiful, large and squeaky clean. Bed/pillows were very comfortable and linens absolutely spotless. Great location with easy access to dining, shops and bars. The only things that could have made it better were blackout curtains in the bedroom and if the AC unit was a little quieter. We will definitely return :)

What a great location and service. The staff were great.

We stayed 2 nights Thurs and Friday we paid over $500. We came back to hotel on Friday in need of a shower after cutting trees down all day. Our room was not clean and there were no clean towels. We went down to the desk and they said "we don't have any room service". that's a first for us. Also, the bathroom floor was splattered with something when we first arrived. We complained and they acted like they were going to take care of the barhroom, but no one ever came up. Room 228. The carpet was stained. They need to remove all the carpeting and put in linoleum, easier to clean. The breakfast was hot and fresh, but it was very small and I er crowded. Not enough room for people to move around. Also there is no elevator for the second floor. (I thought that was mandatory) Good thing we didn't have any guest that were handicapped. Probably will never stay again.
