Toilet was not bolted down and leaked on the floor. Shower did not work and the room was old and musty. Would never stay here again. Not even if it were free.

The room was very spacious and nice. Appreciated how clean it was. Staff were amazing as well. Breakfast buffet was very nice. I would stay here again. 10/10 recommend for families as well.

Breakfast was a good variety. Front desk service was very good. The actual hotel room had been through a remodel and it looked like they went for quick and easy rather than being done correctly.

There was a terrible animal urine odor in the room we stayed in (212) and when we reported it to the front desk all they said was “yes we know, we will give you a credit towards your room rate.” We never got the credit. Also there were four of us in the room, only two towels and no linens for the second bed. The toilet was clogged when we checked in, we asked for a plunger and had a long wait before we could unclog it ourselves and use the bathroom. The hot tub was only half full of water. The room was in terrible shape. We paid $404 for two nights. The staff were mediocre. For the price we paid we expected better.

Probably would rate higher if the manager wasn't so rude. All of the front desk was really nice and helpful other than her. She just seemed to always be in a bad mood for no reason when I was staying there.
