Shower curtain was moldy and a used bar of soap was left in the tub. Faucets were loose in the shower. Check in process was stressful and unnecessary complicated with a kiosk that was not functioning.

Stayed in a studio, spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent place to stay. Loved it!

Nothing wrong with an old building, but some maintenance is necessary.

Filthy property. Dirty sheets and toys left in the room. Air unit on full blast of cold air. Would not stop. Had to unplug unit. Rowdy people all through the hotel making very loud noise up until 2am. I called the front desk and they did nothing. The door to enter the hotel from the outside was left open all hours. Staff vaping in the bar area. NOT recommended for family's. If you just want to get wasted and raise hell all night, this is the place for you!

The hotel was excellent and a perfect location if you’re going to slack plaza or anywhere downtown. It was reasonably priced and the staff was great! They also have a standard noon checkout which has become harder to find these days when it used to be standard everywhere. I will be back for City Center Dead next year for sure! Thanks!
