Stained carpet and linens, plaster peeling from hotel rm walls and ceilings. I’d rate this a Super 6 and not an 8!

We booked the suite for 6 of us for one night. Soon we found out the sofa bed was broken. They gave us another suite and we had to move all our luggage there. The hot tub was not functioning on the day of our stay. Half of the electrical outlets were not working. The closet didn't have a door. The new sofa bed didn't have the bedding. Overall we had the good nights sleep, but we had to bare with few things that were broken.

Location and the size of the room.

No issues checking in or with the property itself. Only complaint is that the hotel charged me $205 overnight during my stay. I questioned it at checkout as I paid through hotels.com and was told it was just a pending charge for incidentals. It was odd to me that the pending charge went from $25 initial hold to $205 overnight but I requested a receipt and left. Few days later the pending charge turned into a real charge for $205. I had to call the hotel to get a refund a few days later. Hopefully this hasn't happened to others that just didn't catch it.

Visible of poor maintenance and upkeep. The a/c unit needs maitenance, room smelled of smoke and alcohol, and the bedding smelled. We were tired and just kept the reservation but did not shower due to the linens and uncleaniness.
