Great room, close to busses, very clean

Only had one night but wish we had longer. Everything was great, good quality, super clean and spacious room, staff very helpful. Will definitely be back to make more of this great hotel I the future.

We stayed in the Petit Palace as a base for exploring Bilbao and the region and very pleased with the choice. The location is fantastic, on the edge of the old town. There is a train/metro station a couple of minutes away and it's a pleasant 25 minute riverside stroll to the Guggenheim. The building is old but the rooms have been well modernised with very good bathroom/shower. The staff are all helpful and friendly, we had the daily breakfast which was a good way to start the day. Our room faced the road but noise wasn't an issue and we even had a small balcony. For a city break base would definitely recommend.

Staff, the few that there are, are very helpful & friendly. The fact that there is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room is a big minus for me in a supposedly 4 star hotel. Breakfast was adequate but not going to win any awards.

The breakfasts were lovely. Room very quiet, especially given the location. Incredibly convenient to shops, transportation, bars and restaurants
