easy check in despite no reception at point of arrival, good room, only snag was not enough plugs: one euro & one American plug by the bed not helpful for euro travellers as do not carry a US plug so charging awkward. otherwise perfect stay

Only had one night but wish we had longer. Everything was great, good quality, super clean and spacious room, staff very helpful. Will definitely be back to make more of this great hotel I the future.

Good location. Quiet and clean.

The property was conveninetly located alone the Nervión river close to some trams and buses. The metro was further out. It was within walking distance to the Guggenheimajd not the old historic town. The shower was weak and very difficult to get the water temperature adjusted just right. The staff did offer to move us to a different because the first room was very narrow and small and has a tiny window facing the back alley. The water pressure was slightly better but the water would be scalding hot one minute and then freezing cold the next. It was unfortunate.

The best and more convenient hotel experience in Bilbao, and for a good cause!
