We loved the hot tub but jets didn’t work well and only one towel for 2 adults in a presidential suite..like WTH?? Not coming back…we can find a hot tub somewhere else.! Toilet paper is sand paper btw it’s cheap cheap. At best a 2 star

The Sheraton was GREAT, except, there are no microwaves in the rooms, at there was not one in my room. That was the only down side. Other than that, GREAT hotel, loved the 70s 80s, and 90s party I attended on my birthday. However, even many 2 and 3 star hotels have microwaves in the rooms and for the price of the room - it is not too much to ask.

the hotel was very cool and nice, i will have to say not everything was open so that was a disappointment. a enginer staff threated to kick us out and the manger did nothing,

The initial room assigned presented several sanitation concerns, including a malodorous bathroom with mildew in the shower, a soiled refrigerator, and a pervasive musty odor. Upon contacting the reception desk, the representative courteously provided an alternative room. While the second room was generally acceptable, it was noted that a pillowcase exhibited cosmetic stains. Additionally, the elevators were observed to be exceptionally noisy, suggesting a need for maintenance.
