If I could give them a 0 out of 5 stars I would. I left my phone charger in the tiny house. I contacted them immediately they said it wasn’t there. Clearly they stole it. Upon arrival, there were no linens on the beds. They have very basic amenities. Their website makes them out to be a resort when it is completely subpar. Don’t stay here unless you want your stuff stolen!!!

Staying at the Rochester was a highlight of our trip. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice, the accommodations are comfortable, clean, and conveniently located a block from downtown Durango. The outdoor garden space was our favorite shady hangout spot to sip on the delicious cocktails and mocktails from the bar.

Beautiful hotel and outstanding staff. We particularly loved the pool and spa facilities. Excellent location for families.

staff were wonderful.Our complaints are about parking fees-they add on 9.00 to access an app and then you have to pay 30.00 a night as well for parking.We’ve been coming here for years but now will look elsewhere-just keep adding on fees.

This is an elegant hotel in the period style with all the amenities that you would want for a couple's weekend or stay in Durango. It is good for families, but the majority of guests appeared to be couples and took advantage of the 3 restaurants/bars in the building, as well as easy walking distance to all places downtown. Very comfortable rooms, a beautifully decorated hotel, amazing staff, and well-maintained. Reserved parking next to the hotel for easy access and traveling.

We came for the Telluride Film Festival and were, overall, quite pleased. The only minor problem was getting in the front door the first night so we just left it unlocked the entire time. The king bed was very comfortable, bathrooms were nice & clean, and kitchen was perfect. Wasn't sure about using the hot tub or not.

They help host our private little wedding and made it super special! The best stash in a hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Such an amazing stay!!
