The staff did not answer the front desk nor the phone. I was stuck outside at midnight and ended up sleeping in my car as I was unable to check in.

The property is unique and rustic it has a nice vibe, and staff are very kind and helpful. The only negative is the beds were very firm! The firmness made for a very poor night of sleep and would keep me from returning for another visit.

For people skiing crested, the ground location is amazing. It's right across from the Silver Queen and Red Lady lifts, so no complaints there. Also, there are a few restaurant options in the village, but with the free shuttle down to town every 15 minutes, the options really expand. A few things to note: 1. Stairs! Lots and Lots of Stairs. The unit is on the 4th floor, and then the main bedroom is an additional 2 flights of stairs above the main condo entrance. There is no elevator, so just be prepared to get a couple extra flights in per day. 2. The condo is well appointed (had everything, including a humidifier). Amenities were good, plenty of hot water, and everything in the kitchen worked well and was fully operational. 3. Check in is a little hokey, and had to check in at the Grand Lodge. It's not that far away, just disorienting if it's your first day there. 4. The view doesn't quite match the pictures from the condo. The condo view is of the Mexican restaurant deck, and you can see the mountain if you lean around the retaining wall on the deck. That said, not unpleasant, just doesn't match the pictures. Those are really the only comments. We enjoyed our stay, and our legs got a little stronger after a long day of skiing.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal

I will start with the positive. We picked the property because of the amazing views from the condo! Condo appeared to be freshly painted , new floors but that is where it ends. When we had issues with parking, the management was extremely accommodating. Kudos to them. The closet doors were broken, the outdoor screens were broken, the freezer door would fly open when we closed the fridge door. No elevators so we had trek all our stuff from the parking lot up a hill & staircases. Very noisy since there was no soundproofing in the ceiling. It sounded like elephants were tromping above. The entry way door lock was sticking. The dishwasher door didn’t open all the way. The finish on the deck was peeling. Our car was yellow stickered to tow away even though we had a parking pass from the lodge. The images in the booking didn’t match the unit. All in all beware, I know that I would never stay in that unit again as it needs lots of TLC.
