The staff were very helpful, even got us breakfast to go . Parking right in front of room. Nicely decorated rooms , with fridg and microwave.

Great breakfast, walk to town, very clean and friendly

Asked the check in clerk where I could purchase a bottle opener. Said He didn't know try gas station He said. After purchasing went back to room. Low and behold there was one mounted to the wall in the bathroom. Lol Nothing like hard wood chairs and a tiny table for relaxing and eating dinner. Found a few beard trimmings on sink. Refrigerator was very noisy.

This property has a lot of potential but came up short on several levels. The biggest of which was that our Bryte bed was broken and the staff was unable to fix it…so we had three of the worst nights of sleep I can remember ever having in a hotel. Food service seemed a little rough too - we had a lunch order that was incorrect and a breakfast room service order that was 30 minutes late. The positives - staff was friendly, the room was clean and had a number of extras, and the hotel is located in a great area. Despite all of that, we’ll be going elsewhere next time we’re in Jackson

At first glance, this is an excellent condo, spacious, clean, has a bit of a view, end unit, so no one next to you. I also appreciated that it had a washer and dryer in the unit, as we stayed for 3 days, and had traveled 3 days prior, so it came in handy. There was also assigned parking under the unit, which made it very convenient. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen was fully stocked with the dishes, pans, etc. if so needed. As for the not so good... I noticed some marks on the rug, and reported it, so I would not be responsible for it. My husband used the shower and the water pressure was so great, it was actually painful. I used the spa bathtub and had some black flakes (mold?) come out of the jets. I reported both to the management, and they said they'd have someone come to look at the water pressure, they never came. I told them not to do anything with the spa tub, that I would just bathe without the jets, as I know what it takes to clean them. The tv remote only did some of the functions. I had to go to the buttons on the tv to use it. The elevator made a loud sound and rattled on initial uses. The day before we left it was marked out of order, so we had to take all the luggage down a flight of stairs. The check-in was also an issue. The address provided is not where you check in. We had to go back down the hill to another building to check in, then go back up to find our unit, which was not clear instructions for someone going there for the first time.

Location and views are amazing. Our room was poor condition, stained and worn carpets and furniture. A toilet that ran 24/7. Spend your money somewhere else.

Everything was great. A little disappointed no indoor fitness facility, but the Parks&Rec they offered in lieu of was very nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were very comfortable and cozy. Great location downtown. Loved our stay!
