All great, new place, great location

Breakfast was great, food and staff! Spa was messy, lots of dirty towels everywhere. Had dinner in the secondary restaurant in the hotel, food and service were not close to what you'd expect form a place like Casa da Montanha. Restaurant staff was not friendly at all.

O hotel é inteiramente pensado para as crianças. Uma fofura! So uma ressalva em relação à alimentação, poderia ser melhor. File que pedimos no jantar estava duro, não era filé. Equipe se funcionários muito atenciosa, ótimo atendimento. As crianças adoraram (3 meninas de 7 anos).

I’ve stayed here several times in the past, including a long, three week stint during the pandemic. I can’t believe how much this hotel has decayed since my last stay approximately a year ago. Neither of the two wifi networks work, my room was dingy, and the toilet clogged, breakfast was simply not managed, with dirty dishes at every table left behind. At checkout, I mentioned my disappointment to the clerk, who was apathetic. Unfortunately, I won’t ever be staying there again.

I booked a superior room, but when I got to the hotel they gave me a small twin room. Nothing else available. Very uncomfortable mattress. Never going back.

Great location. Beautiful property. Lovely and helpful staff. Amazing dinning.

We really like this hotel, well located, the food was good, staff of the restaurants were very attentive, the kids club is a plus!!! The only comment I would say is that the shower of the room was very small a little bit uncomfortable… but I will choose this hotel again for sure..
