Overall the hotel was clean and conveniently located. My only complaint was that they didn't have their breakfast restaurant open on Sunday, even though I had paid for breakfast through Expedia. They charge a resort fee, but there isn't much in the way of resort amenities.

We contacted the property about checking luggage early, no problem. Check in was quick as well as checking out. Markets and pharmacy about a block away. Restaurants, bars, pubs landmarks all within walking distance. Red line and brown line L train about 8 minute walk. Our room was a little small but was comfortable and had everything we needed, very clean and for being downtown surprisingly quiet. Would recommend and would return.

Overall, we had a great stay and were very happy with the hotel. The property, amenities, and staff were excellent. The only disappointing part of our experience was our interaction with the valet attendant. Instead of politely asking for our room number or reservation confirmation, he immediately said that valet parking was only for hotel guests. The way it was communicated came across as dismissive and made us feel as though he assumed we couldn’t afford to stay at the hotel. It was an uncomfortable first impression. I hope the hotel can remind the valet staff to verify reservations courteously before making assumptions. Aside from this incident, we truly enjoyed our stay.

We had such a great stay! Only complaint was one of the blinds would not shut in one of the bedrooms, but we understood it was probably not fixable in the 2 days we were there. We were also upgraded to a better room upon arrival! Overall 10/10!
