Parking was not easy. It was advertised as free parming and the explanation made it seem simple enough but finding free street parking in the area is not easy and you co stantly have to move your vehicles.

P Indoor pool and hot tub loved and the outdoor Shack was great

This is a great place to stay in Portsmouth. The rooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas are all very charming. The best part is the location. It is only a short walking distance to the Portsmouth shops and restaurants.

A super friendly staff, a nice clean room, a pool and a fire pit. I don’t need much else.

Upon arrival staff told us our room category that we booked and paid more for was unavailable and we would have to stay in the villages. I explained that was not going to work for us as the villages was far enough away from the main resort that we would have to drive. The manager a man which I forget his name was extremely rude and inconsiderate. We had just driven 9 hours to the property the last thing we wanted to due was argue with the staff. His response was your options are the villages or to cancel the reservation and get refunded immediately. Ultimately through persistence and making a scene “they found a room in our category” In talking to people at the property this is what they do
