The room and bathroom were very clean and nice showering amenities were included… I slept very well.

I am a frequent traveler, and this is one of the loveliest properties I have ever stayed at. I don’t typically care for inns (too small, old, and chummy), but this is not your usual. It sits on a beautiful perch overlooking the bay. It is modern and clean with porches and seating everywhere. They have thought of everything (except a full-length mirror). The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is excellent - special chef’s breakfast (flavored whipped butters, homemade granola and so much more) and a complimentary welcome cocktail. I wish we had stayed longer than one night. The only downside I will mention is that it was difficult to find staff for questions, checkout, etc. But when you find them, they are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Topside!

We just wrapped up our sixth stay at Linekin Bay Resort, and it continues to be one of our favorite family vacation spots! Bringing our grandchildren here has become a tradition, and every year we make more wonderful memories. The pool is fantastic, the views of the bay are absolutely beautiful, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and we appreciate that most have air conditioning. Our only small suggestion would be to improve towel replenishment and trash pickup. We found ourselves making a few trips to the front desk for extra towels, and although we were told to leave our trash on the porch for pickup, it wasn’t collected during our stay. It’s a minor issue and certainly didn’t diminish our overall experience. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for another wonderful vacation. We always feel welcomed, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year!

very convenient not very clean bed sucked carpet needed shampooing furniture looked like it came from a used thrift store air conditioner was old and very noisy and i bet the filter was old shower curtain was to long. it was dirty and always wet. Yuk. probably the worst hotel room we ever stayed in Parking was very convenient

The staff were so pleasant and helpful! The location is great.

We got married and they didn’t do anything special for us and didn’t reply to me after asking if I needed anything. Very underwhelming, especially when booking the most expensive cabin.
