The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are well maintained. In a survey about check in, I mentioned that a mini fridge in the room would be great and maybe about a half hour later, a hotel worker was knocking on my door delivering a mini fridge! I was impressed, we would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect and parking was a breeze.

Check in was delayed because the system was down which is not their fault. They finally let us check in and come back and pay the resort fee. Internet access is complicated creating your own password and having to share it. No to go coffee cups at the breakfast. I heard several people ask for this and the response was the paper cups are in your room. Never seen that. Who wants to go back to their room to get a coffee cup? When we were leaving and waiting for an uber one of the hotel workers asked if wanted to take a cab instead for $60. The uber was cheaper.

Staff is so rude specially the shift at night looks like it. We got to the hotel around 11pm and the rooms were gone! Despite the fact is fully paid. Simply the staff gave me a choice of either I downgrade for that night or get my money back with very bad attitude!!! Never again
