The lobby was clean, staff was nice but my room had a HORRIBLE smell. It was so bad it was difficult to sleep. The comforter had several stains, the pillows stunk, bathtub was old and stained.

The carpets were very dirty and musty smelling. We found dead bed bugs between the sheets!! The breakfast was nasty and the coffee was seriously like mud and bitter!! I heard other people complaining also!

The stay overall was good. Very friendly staff. No air conditioning in the halls, lobby or breakfast area made it stuffy and warm. Room was clean but stains on the bedspread. Should have been replaced.

Facility does not have an elevator and wanted to split up our family to accommodate the Father with ground floor room Unacceptable The back entry was broken and guest security was compromised I will no longer stay at a Choice Hotel following this trip. the room with the women and daughter did not have a locking device on the door and guest security was compromised

No towel bars in bath to dry the 2 towels per room. Bathroom floor was filthy and white shower curtain was brown on bottom. Sofa was shot, cushions down to bottom. Rooms need updating. Advertising Should state hotel has two floors but NO elevator. Staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Upon checking in the desk person didnt even say hello. Just asked for DL.and ins card. Room was dingy. Outdoor pool closed. Property is in no way as advertised The gazebo area !!!! In ad, it is in a plush green area . In reality, it is dirt and no trees at all

Don't waste your money

This stay was unacceptable, and I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. When we checked in, we found hair on the bed sheets left from a previous guest. The front desk refused to move us to another room, claiming the hotel was fully booked. They also wouldn’t send anyone to clean the room—so we had to go to Walmart and buy a lint roller to clean the sheets ourselves. The issues didn’t stop there. The shower barely had enough water pressure to function, and there’s no elevator for the second floor, so be prepared to carry everything upstairs. The building itself looks like it hasn’t seen fresh paint since the 1970s, and the walls have a permanent nicotine-stained haze that gives the whole place a run-down, smoky feel. The worst part? Around 3am, someone in the next room either slammed into the wall or threw someone against it, hard enough that our headboard shifted 3 to 4 inches. I could list more problems, but hopefully this is enough for you to make your decision.
