They have very soft water which is great for the skin but taking a shower was not. There isn’t any tub safety strips on the floor of the tub and it was very slippery.

The La Quinta was convenient for us. It was much quieter than we anticipated because a lot of Notre Dame football fans were staying there. The shower floor was extremely slippery and I had to put a hand towel down so we would not fall. There were several long black hairs in the bathroom. I found the protective cap from a women's razor in the corner of the shower. These types of things make you wonder about the cleanliness of the entire room. BUT, breakfast was awful. The eggs were cold and rubbery and the biscuits were more like hockey pucks. The food room in breakfast area was much too small and with all the people staying there we were sandwiched into very small space to make waffles. We could not get to the hot food (which wasn't hot anyway), the toaster or to the refrigerator. Hotel free breakfasts are not gourmet but this breakfast was awful.

Woke up the and had bits in me. Found bed bugs and I reported it to the staff and was kicked out of the hotel the manager said I brought them. I just fly in from Texas had no other room available and my money would not be refunded until 5-10 business days. This a Saturday. We missed the church service reason we went and the manager was very rude. I have pictures

The cleaning of the room was sporadic. Exhaust fan was filthy and didn't work. The shower had bacteria or mold growing in the corner and edges. Evening and night staff terrible. They didn't like it if you came to them with an issue like the internet not working on your floor. Breakfast was limited and cold most days. They would leave out cold coffee from the day before. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible. Elevator was filthy and inspection was out of date. A cleaning person on my last day there decided to move all of my personal items in the bathroom and on dresser and desk. They should never touch personal items. I will never stay here again.

The guy at check in was great. I wish i remebered his name because he deserved a shout out. As far as the room, it was ok. Needed some sprucing up. All of the bedding needed washed. There was a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom. Shower was ok.

Many of the employees did not seem to understand English so when we asked a question, all we got was a smile, and no correction of the problem. For example: There was no cream by the breakfast coffee and the person did not know what we asked, apparently, because we got no answer or correction.

We were traveling on the last road trip as a family and decided to stay at this La Quinta hotel. We arrived late at around 5 am and were quickly given our room. The problem was in the morning being awakened to very loud banging telling us we had to leave. We told the lady we were just getting ready and we would leave very shortly. At the point she went away for about 5 minutes and received a call from the front desk demanding we either pay more or leave the room, mind you it was barely 11:15 an and they bwgan to bang on the door again. I feel 15 minutes is not a very long time for them to be creating all that comotion if we had already told me we were leaving. I must say I will never again stay at another La Quinta EVER AGAIN!!!
