Hole in the wall and NOT standard size bed pillows were NOT acceptable! One regular pillow and 3 smaller pillows is not acceptable for 2 adults.

Unclean for the amount they charge.

When we first checked in the person was sitting in the back playing video games and took a minute before getting up even though he saw us. He then went through the check in process which went smooth but his phone volume was up and you could hear his video game and gun shots and yelling coming from his phone. Once we got into our room it had a very strong smell of incense and there were multiple spots on the walls that were not clean. When I turned on the shower water it came out brown and dirty at first. Overall not a very clean place but it gets the job done.

The hallways had ceiling damage. The walls in the room had scapes and marks on them, the bathtub appeared to be chipped…The room was clean, beds were clean, the tv, mini fridge, and micro all worked…just cosmetic issues

When we arrived 2 hours after “check-in”’time our room was not ready! We had to be somewhere so time was of the essence. The front desk looked for another option but nothing was available. We had to wait in lobby for 15 min while the room was finished. It all worked out in the end. The hotel is older but good easy location! Just needed a place to sleep so this worked well!

Room was very nice until I walked into the bathroom and the whole bottom part of the tub had areas of staining from mold. Staff was very nice and overall the room was great other than the mold

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good and lots to choose from. They could offer more than two wash clothes per room. They definitely need new pillows. The pillows are not comfortable at all 😔. We would stay there again, but we'll bring our own pillows.

I was very impressed with the overall design of the hotel. Beautiful, modern architecture. The only drawback was its proximity to major restaurants which made the surrounding area rather loud until around 10:00 pm.

We liked the staff, the breakfast area was nice and the food was fresh and good. The room smelled of water and dirty dog the first two days. There was standing water in the corner of the closet. The chair in the room really needed cleaned, very dirty. The hotel is dated on the outside. The pool needs repainted. We didnt get in pool because there were bandaids in the bottom. Loved the garden on the side of hotel. It is a construction worker hotel. My husband was bitten by something in the bed, but didnt see any bed bugs. The staff did change sheets at request. You can tell it is older but owners were fixing some things.
