I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. There was hardly any staff available, and no one was there to assist us properly. We even had to carry all our luggage upstairs ourselves, as there was no staff to help. The room was extremely dirty — especially the floor. It was so unclean that I had to ask for slippers just to be able to walk inside the room. Instead of bringing them to my room, I was told to go down to the reception and collect them myself. This is not the level of service I expect from a hotel of this standard. Very disappointing experience overall.

The hotel needs updating. Decor and furniture are outdated. There was no hot water in the shower. No USB ports but adapter was provided after requesting one. Curtains are sheer so the sunlight streams through which made sleeping challenging.

Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff and lovely rooms. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and the bar snacks are amazing. Great location, highly recommend

Great staff. Great location, the beach club associated with the hotel was the same. Clean, large rooms, comfy well Air conditioned hotel.

Staff were prompt and helpful with info about Genoa and its sites of interest
