Area was convenient, lots of eating and shopping areas across the street. Our room smelled musty or like mildew when we checked in. The floors needed a good scrubbing!!!! Room and breakfast in the lobby was grossly over priced!!!!!

I was charged for the whole stay on July 8th when I got to the hotel the said I was not charged by Hilton at all after being on the phone for 2 hours with Expedia, Hilton an my credit card company the employee saw that they did charge me and put through a refund without telling me. This is the second time this has happened with this hotel I was stressed out for 3 hours after a long 6vhour drive. I need to continue to book this hotel as it is close to my moms senior home and I visit often. I will not book this hotel through Expedia again Tired of dealing with getting double charged. Will be looking through my credit card statements anf any double charges by Expedia or Hilton will be disputed

All in all, a great experience! Rooms are updated and spacious. Hot tub, pool and a firetable outside. Areas to improve: parking is $10 a day and we did not see this on the website. Otherwise, Angela at the front desk was so informative and helpful! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean but way overpriced

It was very clean and the room was nice, nice shower and it was walking distance to town. I just think the price is not justified , almost $600 a night (Saturday)for what really is more like a motel. And charging $10 for parking when there is ample parking is a pure rip off. And the water bottles in the room had a charge of $3. There was only a few coffee pods and no tea bags, really overpriced overall.

Great location for downtown Sonoma Square easy walk access. Since upgrade to Hilton from Best Western, it looks a lot nicer and in room upgrades provide a cleaner look and feel. There are some amenities previously provided that’s no longer available. Good value if booking weekdays.

I love the room layout with the personal deck. The location is perfection with walking around the town and day trips to the coast or Redwoods. The biggest issue we had was the bed. Last years mattress was much better. (We stayed in the same room 2 years in a row). We struggled with sleep and body aches. The staff was ok but incapable of acting with authority in closing the pool at night. Families with young kids continued to play squealing with laughter after 10pm. It made the peaceful atmosphere vanish.
