We went to Yuma for a River Float and stayed here at the recommendation of friends that had been there before. I have to say, you can't beat the price per night--and although I had very low expectations--the rooms didn't even meet that expectation. The rooms were outdated, dirty (found a twizzler behind the bathroom door), curtains had holes in them, the gaps in the door you could see light and feel the heat seeping in to a room that already had a compromised AC unit. The lady at the front desk was nice and the location was perfect. But this poor old motel needs lots of love. P.S. although I never saw one--my friends staying in the room next to me (with a small kitchen) had a cockroach problem which forced them to check out after just one night!

Horrible A/C had to leave the hotel 2 hours after getting there. Cockroach on tub as soon as I got there. Dirty conditions.

Quiet and clean. Nice area
