This hotel is new but the quality of facility is built with cheap as possible. You will spend more time waiting for elevator ( horrible). Seriously lack of manpower to make up your room, stayed four nights and they only cleaned room once. Overrated and priced. Look for another hotel.

Newer hotel, clean and spacious. Good location within walking distance to various tourist sites. Bus stop is close to the hotel. The only concern we had was that the elevators took so long to get to our floor. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

Great stay!

The room was clean with a beautiful view. It was nice to have a washer/dryer combo in the room. The wait for the elevators during busy times could be very annoying. During check out we waited for 20 minutes and then decided to ride the elevator up to already be in the elevator to go down to the lobby. The lobby on the 6th floor was very nice and spacious. I was traveling with two kids and the play room was very helpful. It says there is a cafeteria and restaurant and there were neither as far as I ever saw. There was a coffee shop, but that was it.

The weekend was super packed and everyone had to register to check in. I've never seen that kind of inefficient system for hotel check-in. The hotel needs to reprogram the elevator control software to reduce waiting time. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The city view had beautiful ocean view.

We experienced two incidents of blackout at night. Their staff unable to give us why those incidents happened. We did not feel safe. Also, we felt unsure if it is worthy for staying here as the way they communicate between their staff and to their customers was not professional, way below par. Don’t be deceived by their newly built property. Their quality of service needs to be addressed seriously.

10만원 이상, 성수기때 예약은 극 비추천

속초여행 다좋았는데 유일한 오점이 이 호텔입니다. 많은 후기에 있었던 엘베 기다리는 고질적인 문제가 가장 크고 이것 때문에 어디 나가기가 꺼려지더군요. 매번 줄을 서서 엘베 기다리고 언제올지 몰라서 목빠지게 있는게 여행 중 스트레스였구요. 그리고 주차도 자리부족해서 성수기에는 이 호텔에 묵지않는걸 추천합니다. 조식은 나쁘지 않았지만 나머지는 모두 별로였습니다. 헬스장이 있어서 선택한 것도 있는데 헬스장이라고 하기도 민망한 수준이고 카페랑 구분도 안되어있고 러닝머신 덜렁 가져다놓은 수준이라 이용을 하라고 만들어 놓은건지도 의심스럽습니다. 카페에서 앉아서 운동하는 사람 구경하라는 느낌의 구조라 칸막이 하나정도 쳐주면 그나마 낫겠다는 생각입니다. 수영장은 인당 3만원이요..? 호텔측에서 측정한 가격이니 그렇다치는데 이용객 입장에서는 좀 양심없는 금액인것 같습니다. 그리고 환경을 위해서 3박이상에만 룸클리닝 해준다는데 말이좋아 환경이지 그냥 인건비 때문인 것 같고 4성급 호텔이라고 되어있어서 기대했는데 거기에 준하는 서비스나 시설을 단 한가지도 느끼지 못했습니다. 성수기라 비싼돈주고 갔는데 너무 실망스럽네요.

적당한 위치와 가격의 호텔

시설들은 아직 최근 개장티가 나는것 같아요 전반적으로 깔끔하고 정돈되어 있었습니다 엘리베이터와 주차 관련 부정 후기가 많아 걱정했는데 다닐만 했어요 첫날 저녁 9시경 체크인하고 남은일정들은 사람들 몰리는 시기 피해서 다녔더니 그리 붐비진 않았어요 시티뷰라고 받았는데 일부 해변뷰도 보여서 넘 좋았습니다

꽤 좋은데 뭔가 허술한 부분이 있음

처음 들어가는데 샤워장에 청소하면서 물기제거한 수건이 남아있음. 바로 나가야해서 프런트에 말해뒀더니 치워줬음. 엘리베이터가 호텔 규모에 비해 부족한지 타기 힘듦. 산전망을 예약했는데 비수기라서 방이 남는지 바다전망 받음. 2박은 청소 없이 수건과 물 보충만 해주는데 보충받은 수건이 너무 새거였는지 씻고 나서 물기닦는데 얼굴에 허옇게 보풀이 붙어서 아침부터 짜증 남. 새 수건 뜯었으면 한 번 빨고 내보냈으면 좋겠다. 룸 컨디션도 좋고, 직원들도 친절하고 뭐 물어보면 명확하게 답을 주고 다 좋을 것 같은데 뭔가 기본적인 부분에서 허술한 게 있어서 아쉬움. 수압이 쎄서 좋다.

전체적으로 만족스러운 가족여행

전체적으로 만족스러운 여행이었습니다. 주차차량이 많이 주차에 시간이 걸리는 점과 체크인 인원이 동시에 몰려 어수선합니다. 바다가 보이는 전망을 기대했는데 방의 방향이 일부만 바다가 보여 만족도가 조금 떨어 집니다.
