Front desk staff and housekeeping staff very friendly. The breakfast had a nice variety of food options. Enjoyed the hot tub. The room and bed was comfortable. We would stay here again

We had no hot water either day. First day was told someone left the hot water running. Second staff acted like I said nothing to him. We used this hotel a lot because of the breakfast has gone down hill. I will find a different hotel in the future.

Everything was great. Very clean and nice. The shower was a walk in shower, which I loved. The floors were clean, some places makes it scary to walk around bare foot. The staff was very friendly as well. Over all, it was a nice place to stay.

Loved the cottage! Everything was as stated in the property description and the cottage is decorated very nicely and very clean. Unfortunately, there was severe weather and we had to delay our trip a day. When I asked if we'd be able to get a refund for one day, I got no response from the property manager. However, we accidentally took a book from the cottage and when we texted Todd, he responded immediately and was very helpful in how to return the book. The weather did not cooperate for us to be able to use the kayaks.
