This was such a gteat book. I had no idea it would truly be so close to muntain. Pictures are exactly how room is. Extremely comfortable beds. Fire pit nice. Covered bbq arra. If you need to feel like hotel where you just dont care then not for you. No ice. I was ok with this it was what i wanted in woods close to lookout mountain hiking. Quiet at night. If i could give 7 stars i would. I will 1000% be back next year.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The lawns are groomed and the flowers are unbelievable. The staff were wonderful. Office recommended an excellent restaurant and even gave us a coupon to use. The office had coffee, lemonade, and cookies. Breakfast was great. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Great pool. Location is right next to Covenant College and literally across the street from a fantastic tourist site .. Rock City. I could keep typing ....

The room was very fresh and clean. Linens were nice and displayed attractively. However, there was no bath mat, so had to use a small towell for a mat. The rooms were spacious and arranged well. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan. There was one in the ceiling but no switch turned it on. I am not complaining as I am not accustomed to everything being perfect. Just a couple suggestions for your planning ahead.

Bathroom/shower layout is excellent. The room is sparsely appointed, with a single sitting chair and no real desk surface. Breakfast was without any meat: just eggs, potatoes, biscuits & gravy. Also, no water was available at breakfast.

Clean room, extremely nice and genuine caring staff. 10/10 no notes.

Great overnight stay. Very clean, nice cool rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Love that it’s dog friendly. As we were leaving, we found a nail in our tire. The staff were very helpful.
