This is a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and beds and a tasty breakfast. The location is ideal centered in the old city with lots around.

We chose this apartment for our recent stay in Krakow. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by the staff. We were greeted with wine and chocolate in the room, breakfast each morning was amazing, and on the last day they even packed breakfast to go for our flight. The apartment was gorgeous and the perfect respite after long sightseeing days. On our final night, we ate in the restaurant and quite possible it was the best meal I've had in years. From the caviar to the deer filet and dessert, every bite was exquisite. A huge thank you to Viktor and Olivia for taking such good care of us. We can't wait to return!

Fantastic location for discovering the city by foot. We will definitely book again. Room and bahtroom all clean and very nice. Plenty of small grocery shops around.

The apartment is beautifull, it has everything you could need for self catering and more. It is very centrally located, less than 5 minutes from the main square which has many restaurants.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the surrounding area felt safe and upscale. It was also a nice bonus that the staff spoke English well, which made communication easy. That said, I have two disappointments worth mentioning. The first was my experience at the hotel restaurant. I had dinner there one evening and genuinely enjoyed the meal. The menu had a great variety of options, from simple dishes to more unique offerings. I ordered the wagyu, which had a listed price on the menu. After dinner, I signed the bill to my room without looking closely at the itemized charges. When I checked out, I noticed I had been charged nearly three times the menu price for the wagyu. The menu listed the price per 100 grams, but I reasonably assumed that was the portion being served. Most guests don’t bring a scale to dinner, and at no point did the waitress mention that I was being served a much larger portion or that the final price would be significantly higher. I politely raised the issue at checkout, but instead of having a constructive conversation, the restaurant manager immediately dismissed my concerns. He showed little interest in discussing what had happened and didn’t even offer a simple apology for the misunderstanding. It left me feeling disrespected. Even if the charge was technically correct, customers should be clearly informed when they’re ordering something that will cost several time
