Loves the heated pool and hot tub

Check in was easy, quick, counter person very nice, helpful! Rooms were clean, comfortable. Bathtubs very slippery when using body wash. Need slip strips inside tubs...held on to bath/shower bars, but still slipped..not safe!

Very clean, very respectffull staff, except a front desk staff. On my second day I went to the front desk to request extra shampoo and hair conditioning small bottles and the arriving to work, front desk staff said" What do yo want?" I got quiet and I did not respond to her derogatory comment. After giving me 2 of each bottles, she asked me in a professional tone" if I have sufficient shampoo and conditioning? and I told her, Thank you! Her attitud and unprofessional and derogatory demeanor was the reason for my #3 evaluation.
