GREAT HOTEL, STAY HERE TWICE A MONTH, HUGE ROOMS, GREAT FOOD, VERY SAFE AND CLEAN, PLENTY OF PARKING AND VALET IS FAST.

Tv did not work in our room we were told someone would come fix and and they never did

Rooms were not clean, mini refrigerator had leftover food from previous guests Toilet seat was dangerous, very flimsy cheap plastic it would slip to the side and pinch your butt cheeks Swimming Pool had no guests towels on the second day that we had gone swimming The Sports Bar grill had poor service I got my beverage right away and I ordered an appetizer and never got it, I looked for the waitress and couldn’t locate her so I left They weren’t busy so there was no reason for the poor service. The employee at Starbucks who served me was rude and unfriendly. I will not be returning to this resort again. I rented two rooms one for my wife and me and one for my Aunt and Uncle and they had similar issues with their room. I was embarrassed because I planned the whole trip

The property is a literal work of art! The room was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get the jets on the tub work and that the outlets were "loose" around my phone charger. Minor minor issues. Loved the property
