Eine sehr liebenswerte Frau führt die Unterkunft. Das Essen ist traditionell und schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Einziges Manko, der Weg dorthin ist schlecht beschrieben. Die Unterkunft liegt nicht in dem Ort Skoura sondern 7 km davon (aus Richtung Ouarzazate kommend) Madam Hayate spricht nur französisch.
