No front desk staff during early hours, we called many times to the front desk no one picked up. Staff entered our room without knocking... They don't provide any adaptors which is disappointing given this is a 5-star property.

The hotel itself is nice. But there is nothing surrounding the hotel. You have to take a taxi anywhere you go. I asked if they could call a taxi for me, the taxi they called charged double compared to the taxi I took on my way back. I made transfer arrangements for both arrival and departure prior to my arrival and when I got to the airport the hotel failed to make arrangements for my transfer so I had to take a taxi. The two receptionists seemed to be bothered anytime I asked something. A day before departure I stopped by reception to make sure my departure transfer was scheduled they guaranteed me it was and had me pay beforehand. The next morning there was no receptionist at the front and my transfer was not outside. I waited about 15-20 minutes for a receptionist to arrive and when he got there he seemed not to care that my transfer wasn’t there. The showers in the room are also not private, kind of useful to know if you’re not going with a significant other. The breakfast and restaurant at the hotel are good though. The staff at the restaurant are really really nice.
