If you are looking for a clean new hotel experience, this is not it. The hotel is old and the rooms are very small and in need of paint, but clean. There is a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable. If you are looking for a nostalgic experience this hotel may be your place. The staff is verry friendly and helpful. I would not stay here again.

This place was clean and easy to get to from the airport. They also weren’t far from the college U of O. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back when we move our kid out here next month.

They are strictly tourist destination. Its high demand are to travel to. They take advantage of that and cheat. I paid a premium for my room as it claimed to have "river front view". Well, it kind of did. But 80% of the view was the indoor pool with noise emanating from it. Also ingress door to the building with slamming doors. It also had pristine view of a dock/patio that obstructed the view of the river. I was greatly disappointed by my "view" that came at a Premium. This Room #116 should be a store room or greatly discounted. They know this room sucks but continue to milk their patrons for the "view".

Do not be fooled by the marketing or the price. This is an old MOTEL. Absolutely 100% not worth the $380 per night we paid. This a $150 MOTEL based on location alone. The marketing is good here. Clever picture angles and using the words renovated. Absolutely a motel 6 on the beach. Location is great but the hotel is old, musty, and the breakfast was regular motel basic morning food. Don’t go into this thinking it’s a luxury inn and you will be fine. But charging that kind of money for this place is absolute robbery. Extend your search area and pass on this place.
