Staff were fantastic making many local travel arrangement for us and advising where to eat and get local provisions. Location is great, in the hub but not too noisy. We were a party of 4, staying 3 nights and we would recomend this hotel highly for the price.

The room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond expectations! The dining hall food was delicious and very generous. The manager was extra helpful with showing me where to exchange currency and buying a converter plug for my American phone and computer. I will be staying here agin! Thank you for the excellent hospitality and good conversation :)

Management seemed less interested in the guests. He refused to respect the fact that our reservation included breakfast even after showing them the reservation as proof. And they were very rude in doing so. The rooms do not have running hot water. On site restaurant offers decent food, but half the Limited menu was not available. Rooms were clean, but overall experience was very poor. There are many better run properties around for similar rates.

Clean hotel. Staff helpful. However no parking available. We went with a driver. No facilities were for the driver. Had to park the car far from hotel. All streets in Pondicherry is conjustted.
