Don’t book if you are looking for a nice place to stay , if you are ok with mid looking spots than go ahead.To me it had potential to be a beautiful place but they didn’t build it correctly from the start. Things look very poorly built floors are cracked and the pool looked dingy.The staff was nice tho but I didn’t want to eat there type of vibe.

We stayed in room 20. Awesome view. Close to the office,breakfast and dining room/bar.
Because this was low season, not a lot going on. Very quite. We had dinner 2 night with the cheif Sofia. What great meals.
We walked into the small town for 3 other dinners. The Managers had very good recommendations. Also very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

The hotel was beautiful, clean rooms, helpful staff, the heated pool was great as well, the view was amazing. We loved everything about this resort. Very close to the Arenal National Park and hot springs. Would love to come back one day.
