First time ever I had to ask twice for a toilet paper and additional pillow.

Brim hotel is in a good part of town (felt safe for a solo female traveler), and has decent rooms at decent prices. This was my second stay at the hotel. There's a top floor bar/restaurant that has super interesting decor, good food and drink, and panorama city views. The staff was super friendly, the food in the top floor restaurant is terrific, and alcohol/drink prices are very fair. It seems you'll only get the middle of the road rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors if you book on 3rd party apps. Traveling alone they're great. Opt for the 4th floor suites if you're repacking before flying or trying to impress your partner. Staff speaks English! There's a porter to help carry your bags to your room. Beautiful cathedral views after dark.

Hotel was nice. We used Laundry service it was horrible, it was not cheap. They told us that clothes will be ready by 5 pm. Till 11:00 pm it was wet. They give us wet clothes, and they don't ironing the clothes. So we have a flight at 3:00 am we took our wet clothes with us.

Really helpful staff and amazing breakfast. Also there is parking available.

Thank You!!!

Great place to stay. Perfect location - close to all attractions & transportation, and a quiet place. Many restaurants & bars nearby. The hotel is very clean, safe & well maintained. The bed is excellent. Free WiFi. Breakfasts are good.
