The mattress, the pillows and the linens were low quality.

The location of this hotel is a stone’s throw away from the main train station and is a transport hub. So it is very convenient. The room is large and very oddly has an exercise bike in it. The bathroom is very basic. The weirdest thing was the door to the room opens out which made me feel a little insecure (in case of an unauthorized entry). There is no fridge in the room. However the staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. This includes the receptionists as well as those serving breakfast. Five stars for their service!

A very nice place, clean, simple room, everywhere well maintained, friendly helpful staff. Nice garden to have breakfast in and the hotel is in a good location, just outside the city centre (which means it's quiet in the evenings) but only 5-10 minutes' walk from the centre (depending how fast you walk). The location also affects the price, which was very reasonable. The only thing we would have liked to have - in view of the unusually high temperatures - was AC but other than that, wonderful!

Was glad to have a room for a week. Convenient location with accessible public transit. The river was also just across the street, and I loved going there to watch the ducks. My only two concerns were (1) the bed wasn’t really comfortable and (2) the room had a cooktop but no pots or pans.

Bien situé pour l’accessibilité à l’aéroport de Mulhouse et service de navette très pratique! Bonnes prestations avec, entre autres, piscine, sauna et restaurant de qualité sur place… très appréciables.

Staff was helpful, room was clean and they gave me a coupon that gives access to many activities around town although I couldn’t use any of them (aside from free public transportation) as I stayed overnight only. Room I booked was particularly small, wouldn’t recommend it for 2 people even for one night
