Will definitely use again for an overnight stay!

Perfect for one night stop over. Tiny but clean and comfortable. Ice, water and coffee freely available and the Jewel entrance perfect for meals and shopping!

The staff were very lovely but the room wasn’t very clean . It was ok for us because we were indirect flight and just for resting a few hours . The location in airport was good but I hoped was more clean than it was.

A bit like sleeping in a shoe box. Room was clean. No room for two suitcases. Toilet cistern ran continuously and barely any water came out of basin tap. Very quiet. More suited to a single traveller not a couple.

I tried to contact the YOTELAIR several times prior to my stay asking about location and if I needed to clear immigration or not. There was no answer. And now I think that was intentional. You MUST clear immigration. And you need to submit a SGAC form within 3 days prior to arrival. And if I had known that I would have cancelled the reservation. Getting to the Yotelair from Terminal 2 involves a very long walk. Look for signs to Jewel to help you find the Yotelair. When I arrived, it was 24 C in the room and I could not change the temperature from the room. They were able to do it at the front desk but it takes time. The deadbolt on my door did not work. As I was checking out, another guest mentioned that their door did not lock either. The room is exactly as pictured. Which was okay. But minimal amenities, not even a hand towel. No water bottle in the room. I heard another guest complain that the electrical sockets in their room did not work. Overall impression, basically a dormitory room. Will not stay again.

We couldn’t check in until 6pm and had to check out at 9am. I hadn’t clocked that and it was very annoying. Expensive for 15 hours!!! Rooms are tiny and bed was extremely uncomfortable! Maintenance work (drilling & hammer) disturbed us from 6:30AM!!! Check-in staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming - unusual for Asia. Would not recommend.
