The rooms here are lofts. Didn't feel safe in the Premium Loft with upstairs bedroom due to low glass wall. You have to watch that you don't bump your head in several areas of the room. Location is good right by Robertson Quay with many restaurants steps away, although prices were quite high. Nice pool and breakfast area on Floor 2 and lovely to wander around at night. Fort Canning MRT 800m away.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! So much mold, I had chest pains, itchy skin and headaches. There was also a used condom on the floor of my shower. The hotel is also very popular among prostitutes.

A extremely terrible hotel, stains on bed sheets. I moved out after 1 night and show the photos to the manager. Yet they refuse to refund. They change another room but also stain on the bed.

Check-in is incredibly inconvenient. I already provided all the information when I made my reservation, but upon check-in, I had to fill it all out again, even taking photos. These unnecessary steps take up a lot of time, and many people have experienced long waits at check-in.

Appreciate the daily room clean and the complimentary water and towels in the gym and swimming pool. The self service laundromat is useful but slightly pricey. Given that Singaporeans are known for their friendliness, the receptionists staff could do with some addittional training on this aspect. The room space is perfect for one but could be a struggle for three. The soft bed keeps rolling out when being used as a sofa. The location and entertaining are all within walking distance of the property but in the scotching sun, it may not be comfortable. Also, care should be put towards the shower head cleaning moulds were spotted. Also housekeep should check the toiletries as I ran out of showel gel. Neverthless, my stay was pleasant and may use the hotel again.

Amazing location near the River, walking distance to heaps of restaurants. Cannot fault the hotel, attentive staff, large range of breakfast options. One of the best I've stayed at in Singapore
