The lobby and the floors coridors are new, but the room no. Dusty, mold in the bathroom. And some water problem from the toilet leaking. Fpunf hair in the shower place, dirty linens.

Housekeeping is done every other day. Hence, just donโt mistakenly press (turn on) DND button by the doorway as a light switch when stepping out for the day. Donโt assume the housekeepers will change the mattress sheet because itโs not always done unless itโs requested at the front desk.
Their TV channels sometimes have sound and other times no audio. Although front desk clerk says a technician will be in the next day to have it fixed, but it never did.
Manager Laura was very professional. Front desk staff was pleasant.
For the price youโre paying, it would be better to pay a slightly higher price tag and go elsewhere. Iโve never seen a hotel that doesnโt offer some form of secure storage. The less than helpful front desk guy just tells you to leave your luggage by the front desk. While I was in the lobby he would leave for 2-3 20 minute increments leaving your belongings unattended. Thereโs no security personnel or key card, so in theory anyone could walk in and take your unattended items.
Check in is strictly 3PM, while the front desk guy isnโt off at who knows where, he wonโt bother checking if your room was previously occupied and may possible be empty for early check in, just a โthe rooms still need to be cleaned.โ
The way this place is ran, youโre better off paying more or less for better security/value.
Also the room was advertised much differently, there are no windows in the room, but I could have sworn the photos showed rooms with windows. Also please see attached video of the layer of dust under the sink that they needed time to โclean.

Staff does not know how to smile & greet customers except Jaffard ... He is very helpful & knowledgeable . Thumb-ups for him only . Not Return .
Very convenient place. Close to bus stops and restaurants. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable

Clean, functional room. Great for our stop over. Close to airport and plenty food options.
Only fault was mould in the showers seal needs to be addressed as this can be hazardous to health.
The staff were very friendly and provide a great level of service. I definitely rate the staff 5/5.
The location was good.
The room facilities are decent. They are going through some changes, so there were a few minor things they are still working through (like having to use little tubes of body wash for hand soap while they await the soap to arrive).
I would consider staying here again if I return to Singapore. It was a comfortable stay.
Staff are polite and responsible. A female receptionist on duty helped my wife and myself book a taxi for our cruise trip. Accidently, I left my handbag, which contains our passports and credit cards, at the backseat of the taxi. When I found the problem ten minutes late, the taxi had long gone. We had another taxi back to the hotel. The lady comforted us and immediately called the driver. The driver confirmed the bag was still in his car. The story had a happy ending, surely due to the efforts of the lady. We are very very grateful to her!

Overall not bad but could use a little improvement. Touted that it was recently remodeled but could have used a little maintenance as two of the tiles in the shower were popping off! The doors were always being slammed from the rooms and it was noisy because of it. The doors had to be slammed so they would close. I donโt think I would stay there again.

Sadly the hotel did not clean the room - even when requested 3 times. The bins in the rooms were overflowing! We were disappointed that even when asked we would return to the room to find it wasnโt cleaned. The hotel is about 15 min walk to the mrt station. So great if you are happy with the distance. It was great to get around the city. Just a shame about the service at the hotel
New decor, Clean and comfortable room, great shower and good AC. 10 min walk to nearest MTR station ( Paya Lebar) which was easy to find and great for exploring Singapore.
Supermarket beside hotel but limited eating options nearby. No working fridge in room but bought ice from supermarket and used sink :) can't really fault it for the price.
