We enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacifc Orchard as it was located close to many restaurants, shopping, and Ion. We had the two story loft on the top floors and it was an interesting design. The room was on the smaller side, with a second story with a couch area looking down onto the bed. There is a balcony that opens up from the room and has privacy blinds. The bathroom is divided from the bedroom with a sliding wall, and it can feel quite cramped. The club lounge was nice and served drinks and food most of the day. The service there was quite amazing, especially during the cocktail hour. The only issue we had was during check in. Our flights came in super early and I sent messages trying to schedule an early check in for that day, but my numerous attempts to get in touch with the hotel went unanswered. We ended up having to wait around for 3-4 hours for our room to be ready, but they let us relax in the club during that time.

This property is perfect! Friendly staff, especially the people at the front desk and, all the valet guys incredibly nice to us! The food at the hotel was amazing! As far as cocktails goes, there was definitely room for improvement! However, Razif spicy Margaritas was definitely a 10! Be warned, if you order his spicy Margarita and the spicy wings together the spice from the wings is made hotter, because of the alcohol in the drink! My room was gorgeous! Wish they would have designed the room with a space for the luggage’s to say out. There wasn’t much room in the closet or room for large suitcases. Thank you to everyone at this property! I hope to return one day and stay a week here! Lol

Amazing Location. You're Right on the Orchard Rd. strip. Shopping from Luxury to Street vendors. Food every 20 steps! The Hotel is EPIC the pool is not that deep walkable the whole way. And lighted beautifully. If you have bad legs/feet this Location is perfect. The room was spotless! You can push a button for daily cleaning. Theres a quality made couch on the Balconies. The mattress' are firm but still soft on top. And the Chicken/Beef skewers from their Restaurant MOSELLA were better than the Michelin places we went to. There's a Beautiful Bar at the 11th floor Garden Terrace. The food prices in general are High for what you get, but that's the game, I guess. The most Photo-esque stay you'll get.

Got a complimentary upgrade to a room with balcony, courtesy of Sofia because I asked if it was possible to have a late check-out. She was really friendly and approachable! Staff are all friendly and excellent service provided :) Love the room, it is cosy and well-stocked with necessities. Gym and pool is okay. Convenient location to shopping area and different food options! All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at Pan Pacific Orchard and will definitely be back! :)

Absolutely stunning hotel. Room had a great layout and all the facilities we needed. Shame it did not have a bigger fridge so you could cool your water before a day out. Breakfast had a vast selection suitable for all family members. Pool was stunning but is not heated so was feeezing! Not many sun loungers around it either. Great hotel, great location. Great location to get to orchard Road and the MRT. Concierge were super helpful during our stay.

Excellent Experience at Pan Pacific Orchard

This hotel is absolutely stunning inside and out. The service is impecable from the hotel concierge to the wonderfully friendly Chef Boz. The food was terrific, the coffee from the barista each morning was superb, the hotel was immaculate. I will definintley be coming back and have already recommended it to friends.
