I really enjoyed my stay at Pan pacific. The staff was very accommodating and efficient they really go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. It was my first time in Singapore and staying at pan pacific really made my trip more enjoyable I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone that’s looking to visit Singapore for business holiday or short city break they cater to all

The staff at this hotel are excellent. Balcony king club room was adequate, bed was very comfortable but we were struggling for somewhere to store our suitcases. Breakfast was fine, although gluten free options in the club at afternoon tea were non-existent.

I booked a 4-bedroom and made a full payment. However, as I was leaving the hotel in a car bound for the airport, the receptionist approached me and demanded additional payment for the next day, despite my not using the room and having already left the country. She insisted that I pay. Interestingly, she mentioned that they wouldn't have charged me if I had booked directly through the hotel. She advised me to submit an official complaint to Expedia to get a refund.

Excellent staff but dirty room. Just our luck

Excellent staff but dirty room and the key didn’t work cos the batteries needed replacing. The staff was nice and tried to do service recovery.
