Thatcha and Kaverha made our stay excellent, they were so friendly and helpful as well Thatcha allowed us to book into our room early. The hotel is clean, the room is comfortable and the pool with its stunning views was gorgeous. We also enjoyed our daily complimentary beverage. We will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were quite small and gloomy and looked out onto a small patio area with 'walls' all round (ie no view at all). The gym rooms were also very small. The hotel was not expecting us to have children (our party was mother and daughter and my daughter's 3 grandchildren for 2 rooms). We were expecting there to be a roll out bed but they expected the children (13, 11 and 9) to sleep in the bed with us as they said hotel.com had not passed on that information. They said there was an extra charge for a roll out bed of 70$ per night. In the end they agreed to provide the roll out bed at no charge. The staff were friendly enough but there were few of them. For example we had no help with luggage. The roof top swimming pool is lovely as is 'happy hour' from 5 to 7 each night with free drinks

Rooms were a pretty good size, with a lovely firm huge bed. The infinity swimming pool on the top floor looking over the city lights was stunning. Easy walk to Marina Bay and all the sights. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

While the hotel was in good place and reasonably appointed, we had major ant infestation. The staff was responsive but despite reaching out to the hotel management multiple times, they chose to ignore us. We’re going to request our money back. It was quite traumatic as you can see in pictures.

A little gem!

Stayed here for two nights, Staff were attentive and helpful offering us a room extension as we had a late flight and also very helpful in sorting a taxi when we left for the airport. The complimentary bar was really appreciated and the room was a delight. No complaints and would strongly recommend.
