I enjoyed my stay a lot. The staff were all wonderful, so friendly. The location is amazing, it's easy to get anywhere in Chinatown, and there are a number of MRT stations close by. The room was comfortable and clean, but quite basic - however this is what I expected based on the listing. The pictures were accurate and I had exactly the experience I was expecting. I would stay here again.

Pros - convenient location to mtr stations and bus routes - Area is walkable - lots of dining options (good variety) close by - within walking distance - plenty of convenience shops within walking distance (7 11, Cheers) - if opted to include breakfast - worth it. Buffet breakfast, good variety, convenient - room: comfortable beds, quiet - No hallway or other room noise, clean and well maintained Cons: - very small rooms, Bathrooms are TINY! - check in queue was long. Noticed there was always a long queue - during check in staff didn't inform where elevators were located or how to use. - lobby always busy - not enough seating - breakfast restaurant very busy, can be hard to find a table

Very clean with a really good location. Rooms are pretty small in comparison to the pictures but not a problem. View from the balcony was amazing, definitely worth paying for the balcony room. We also landed at 6am reception staff were excellent with helping us to check in early (for a cost)

Perfect place to stay

You have to get a room with a balcony, the rooms are very small and the outdoor space gives you twice the footage.. pool was great, location is perfect and the room was very clean.
