Good hotel fantastic location

Fantastic hotel great location if you want the MRT or just walk. The pool and Gym was pleasant, plus you can hire the picket courts. The hotel is trying to use technology to enhance your stay like electronic checkin and check out plus an AI device to control the room, however it’s just not there yet. Although we did not try them the restaurants in the hotel looked fantastic. Would definitely consider returning again.

For such a highly regarded hotel and the prices they charge, we were very disappointed with the service. Check-in wasn't particularly friendly. The room was very noisy and very simply furnished. Overall, the stay was fine, but not worth the price.

Excellent stay

Lobby was nice and clean. The room and toilet were very spacious and clean. Loved the built in water for drinking. Pool area wasn’t the largest, but it was fine, pool isn’t deep either. Gym is nice, but they don’t have mats. They also have a Padel court! 15min walk to New Bahru and lots of dining options near by. Overall would recommend and stay again.

I stayed at this hotel with family recently for a 5 night stay. The concierges at the front were courteous and friendly, as were the staff throughout the hotel. Breakfast was abundant with lots of choices, the staff always helpful and kind. We enjoyed the pool & loved sitting on the verandah during happy hour watching the world go by on the boardwalk along Robertson quay. The doormen were always polite & friendly with Jensen being our favourite. He had a chat to us every morning while we were waiting to go out for the day, always enquiring where we were off to & giving us tips. Always had a welcoming smile on our return. The hotel is very clean and quiet and all the staff we encountered were very professional & friendly. Hopefully we will be back one day soon.
